"Love, Rosie" is a romantic comedy film directed by Christian Ditter and written by Juliette Towhidi, based on the 2004 novel "Where Rainbows End" by Cecelia Ahern. The story is about Rosie and Alex who have been best friends since they were 5, but when it comes to love, life and making the right choices, these two are their own worst enemies.

Cast
  • Lily Collins as Rosie Dunne
  • Sam Claflin as Alex Stewart
  • Tamsin Egerton as Sally
  • Suki Waterhouse as Bethany Williams
  • Jaime Winstone as Ruby
  • Christian Cooke as Greg
  • Lily Laight as Katie Dunne
  • Nick Lee as Herb
  • Nick Hardin as Joe American
  • Jamie Beamish as Phil

I'd be honest: the only reason why I found the film was Sam Claflin; and I'm still happy that I did it - "Love, Rosie" turned out quite outstanding, not just a slushy romantic comedy, so I don't regret well-spent time.

Rosie and Alex are best friends, they know everything about each other except the main thing - they're more than friends but none of them want to admit it, and because of this they spend several years suffering being with wrong people. Yes, the plot isn't new, however, I like its presenting as jokes are heard more often than tears.

As for acting, it's just good: neither out of the common nor nothing bad. But I can't say anything about the atmosphere of the film - warm colours generate pizzazz and that charms.
