"Licence to Kill" is an action adventure thriller film directed by John Glen and written by Michael G. Wilson, Richard Maibaum, based on "James Bond" by Ian Fleming. It's the sixteenth installment of the "James Bond" film series which follows Secret Agent James Bond who goes rogue and sets off to unleash vengeance on a drug lord who tortured his best friend, a C.I.A. agent, and left him for dead and murdered his bride after he helped capture him.
